LAUGHTER IS NO ENEMY TO LEARNING

For three days each summer, Spring Island becomes Camp Spring Island for the children and grandchildren of Spring Island Members. A deep dive into the natural world of the Lowcountry is stimulating and exciting for kids ages 6-15. For the naturalist staff, it’s one of the most anticipated programs of the year. Spending several days pampered by grandparents and exploring innature is many kids’ idea of heaven on earth. From turtle trapping to arts & crafts, shark fishing tournaments to the study of metamorphosis, children of all ages will find adventure and enjoyment in Camp Spring Island.
