Brittany Cottage is one of the four “Kennel Cottages” designed by Jim Strickland of Historical Concepts as a simple guest accommodations for Spring Island situated on 0.30 acre. The two bedrooms, two bath cottage is reminiscent of the Lowcountry’s farm houses of the past. The cottage was recently renovated, to include the kitchen and baths. The living room is cozy with a brick fireplace, hardwood floors throughout, dining area and small yet complete kitchen. The iconic barn red cottages with tin roofs sit in an ideal location, the heart of Walker Landing. The Brittany Cottage is within walking distance of the Nature Center, River House, Community docks, and Sports Complex. The view from the Brittany Cottage's front porch looks out across the oak alley to the playing fields of the Sports Complex. The cottage owners have the option to place their units in a rental program managed by the Club for its members and guests. Prefect for short term use, the cottage offers convenience and it is an ideal retreat.
